However, have no wood working skills nor the tools. Still may go that route.. Saw some of the Tannoy subs on eBay and was thinking about going that route. I would be using the sub in my two channel system. I currently have a KSW12 sub for my HT. Regards, Danny

Thanks for responding, Danny
  3. Hi, Anyone have any experience with the Tannoy PS350B subs? Regards, DannyG
  4. Just plain Heresy!! I improved my bass response by stacking my Heresy upside down on an Altec 12" in a 412 cabinet. Then disconnecting the Heresy woofer and running the cable from the Heresy XO to the Altec woofer. Not using the Altec HF horn nor its XO. hehe....
  5. Hey mobile homeless. Any chance to see a schematic of the 2A3PP ? Regards, ck
  6. Just an update.. After listening to my system with the sub connected using the speaker level I/O (amp-sub-mains). Things just didn't sound "right" (if you will). The bass was much better, but the highs seemed edgy, mids not as sweet, presentation seemed less focused. As an experiment, I reconnected the sub in parallel with my mains. Ok, now the mids and highs are back with the added benefit of bass, soundstage and presentation are better than ever. Regards, ck
  7. Have been listening to my 300B monoblocks, ksw12 & heresy's using high level I/O. Really like the improved base. However, am wanting to experiment with running the sub in parallel with the mains and wanted to know if doing so would affect the impedance seen by the amps? Regards, ck
  8. Any info or specs on the crossover? Frequency range, db loss, distortion? Would Klipsch have this info? Regards, ck
  9. Hi, I am playing around with the speaker level I/O on my ksw12 and wanted to know how this type of connection works. - Is this a passive type of connection? - How is the low frequency pulled out and passed to the sub amp? - Any changes to the single passed on to the main speakers? Thanks for any help on this subject. Regards, ck
  10. Cool... Thanks for the info. Now I know. ck
  11. wondered if someone could give me an idea of what I now have.. Serial numbers are 123w890 & 123w891. They have K22E woofer, K55V squawkers and K77M tweeters, also E networks. Cabinets need some TLC, but all drivers seem to be in very good shape. Currently driving them with my 300B SET amps and am simply blown away by how good they sound. Just wanted to know what year these were manufactured? Regards, Danny
  12. ShapeShifter, Cool systems!!! I am considering a pair of Heresy's for my Fisher 400 and noticed that you have a pair running off of an 800B. How's the sound? Regards, ck
  13. Hi, Just wondering where a good place might be to get parts for a Heresy such as a horn tweeter assembly... Regards, ck
  14. These speakers are in fact HS-2TR. Thanks for the help. DannyG
