  2. Subs connected to the same outlet. Testing only with one sub on. 2 prongs connected, normal and reverse = 3 prongs I found a little difference: no rca, minimum hum. WITH RCA (2 different cables) = hum
  3. Ok. I hear the noise when no music is played. If I unplugged the rca cable and the amp is on, still hum noise. (must return to english lessons jajaa)

  6. Hi. I have humming noise from my R-115w (2 units) I try with different cables, no luck. If power switch is on, but the amp didn't turn on, no hum. If amp turns on, with or without rca cable = hum. If I turn the crossover to 40, no hum, in LFE mode = HUM. Any ideas? Thanks.

  15. Thanks guys! My last question: is it safe to test the speakers at 6 or 4 ohms? (for the speakers and receiver)
  16. Yes, 8, 6 and 4 ohms. Wil it sound different? more power? Is it safe? I also have a RC-64II, and a pair of 82II for surround.
  17. Hi. Is it possible to run the 7II's at 4 ohms with the AVR-A100? or I'm forced to use at 8 ohms? Thanks!
  18. I send signal from my X-Fi, with a W7 x64 plataform, to a Denon receiver, sometimes it didn't sound well, I had to put the level signal to -4db to get a less distorted sound. Maybe in your case, you can try puting your source signal volume down. Saludos!
