  1. We will probably still be able to cover you under warranty. Please give us a call at 800-KLIPSCH Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm and we will do our best to take care of you!
  2. It has been tested with the original Note so I would presume it works just as well with the new one. I will get back to you asap.
  3. Would you mind sending your order service number? We will be able to better assist you that way!
  4. Very curious if it works. Would you mind posting the link from eBay from where you found this?
  5. It's an unreal deal. It's shipped and sold by Amazon so you also get our 2-year warranty!
  6. How is it an awful reply? It is just the truth of the matter. We obviously have a lot of interest in iPhone AND Android headphones. We have created the Image S4A (II) that are perfectly compatible with the Samsung Galaxy III. We are not ignoring the best-selling phone out there. To suggest otherwise is quite silly. I understand that you want a "converter" but that simply isn't possible for a variety of reasons but to suggest we are ignoring Galaxy SIII users is quite silly.
  7. They do not have the around the neck thing you describe. The Image S4i are a significant step up sound quality wise.
  8. The Klipsch e1 is a cost reduced variation of the S3 that was made in partnership with Amazon.
  9. And did you already use the contact information they provided?
  10. We are still working on Razr compatibility with ICS but once the Razr gets Jelly Bean, the issues should be resolved. The button on the S4A remote will play/pause on the iPod Nano. If you use the Nano more, go with the "i" version.
  11. Davorin, Please email promedia@klipsch.com and we will do our best to take care of you.
  12. Android does not have a standard set of hardware or software, making it very difficult to develop a solution that works on both iOS and Android devices. The remote for the Image ONE and S4i will not work properly with an Android phone in all likelihood.
  13. Please post to your idea to the Klipsch Community Think Tank There is no adapter currently. The remote is specifically designed to work with iOS devices.
  14. For working out, we definitely recommend the Image S4i Rugged over the Image S4i. The S4i Rugged is moisture resistant. Link to product page
  15. Need a little more info. What will you be playing the movies through? Your computer? An iPad? Are you hooking up the G-17 to the TV? Essentially, your speakers will only sound as good as the source. Just keep in mind, the bass of the G-17 Air is very very good for an Airplay speaker, but it still doesn't compare to a separate subwoofer.
  16. AirPlay is an Apple-only thing, so there will never be AirPlay for Android; however, a G-17 Air that works via Bluetooth is obviously something we are working on and debating.
  17. This is actually a known hardware issue on Apple's end with the iPhone 5: Bluetooth Complaints on Apple Support Forums.
  18. I have tested them out here at HQ. What questions do you have?
  19. I think reading this review would help you quite a bit with deciding between the G-17 Air & the Zeppelin Air: ENGADGET "Compared to less expensive AirPlay speakers like iHome's $300 iW1, the $550 G-17 Air is an unquestionably a major step up, and we'd easily choose this puppy over options like the slightly spendier $600 Zeppelin Air." Among units similar to the G-17 Air, we believe we come out in top in terms of bass. Movie playback isn't the #1 purpose for the G-17 Air; however, several of us have used it during lunchtime to watch Mad Men and enjoy the sound.
