  1. Whoa, uh, yeah!!!!! Coolest TV stand I have ever seen!!
  2. Welcome. Its nice to see a Klipsch fan out here on the NW. Very nice Forte's!!
  3. You've got some nice rides there!
  4. LOL, I do that all the time. I have lots of movies and most of them I have not watched since my last upgrade. Most recently I watched Die Hard just to hear what it might sound like.
  5. Very cool! I have been looking into some DIY projects myself. We will see if I actually pull the trigger. Hopefully you will share your project with us.
  6. That is so cool! My wife has been making cakes for years, I showed it to her and she thinks it looks awesome. Great detail on the Emotiva gear.
  7. Perhaps this has to do with the power handling difference of the two speakers. The RF-52 is 100W and the RF-62 is 125W. In my case I thought I had pretty good sound on my RF-82s using a 110W amp Pioneer VSX-52. I could not have been more wrong. Once I moved to a pre/pro combination with using a Emotiva XPA-5 amp the speakers really opened up and the difference was remarkable.
  8. Yep, you are correct, I did mean RC-62 II. I fat fingered that one a couple of times. Thanks for pointing that out, I would not want to give misleading information.
  9. I know, that's a great price for sure. I believe the 53 has two HDMI outs.
  10. I had a similar configuration for about a year. Quintets for rears and center with RF-82 II's for left and right with a Pioneer Elite VSX-52. I thought it sounded good until I completed the system with the RS-52s, RC-52 and the XPA-5. I wish I would have just added the speakers and left out the XPA-5 to get a feel for the sound with just the speaker upgrade. But I was impatient. I wanted to hear it all finished. Go figure!! Having said that, the RS-52's sound great and I think they are paired with the RC-52 and RS-52's for the RF-82 II Home Theater System. So you should be good to go providing you have enough amp to drive them. http://www.klipsch.com/rf-82-ii-home-theater-system
  11. Loud, I am really happy with the RC-62 and the sound it produces. But I don't have much experience with many of the speakers in the Reference series. There are many here who be able to answer your questions comparing the Reference line of speakers. I recently upgraded from Quintet II's to RF-82 home theater system and the XPA-5 amp. All I can say that the difference was amazing and the room gets filler with sound for sure.
  12. Ditto on the RF-82s. I currently have a room similar to the room size you mentioned. 18 vaulted ceiling 25 x 18 and I can assure you that they will fill the room quite nicely.
