  1. Just when I think I’m out they pull me back in,I was ready to get away from vinyl and before I started to list my turntable I was looking on one of the Audio sites and a guy had a like new Denon DL-103r cartridge for sale and he was less than 75 miles from me.I contacted him and I told him I was interested in his cartridge and when he told me he was planning on spending a couple of days in Pigeon Forge,Tn .So today we met and I installed the cartridge in my system and what a shock I didn’t think a 450.00 cartridge could sound this good.So instead of selling my turntable I am now thinking about buying or building a record cleaning machine.

  2. My wife was out of town and a dealer called me and asked if I would be interested in. 30k pair of electrostatic speakers for 1500.00.The name of the speakers were ahl tortec 6 ft tall and 5.5 feet wide and they cane in 8 boxes.Ihad to rent. 12 ft truck to get them and it took 6 hours for me and 2 friends to set them up.The sound of those speakers were unreal and when my wife got home and saw the size of them she freaked out.To this day she still reminds me of those huge monsters and anytime she starts to complain about my Klipschorns I asked her if she misses my large electrostat speakers.

    Couple random comments...

First to you Joe...  I feel for what you're doing but I also think you're evidently approaching it from the right perspective.  Couple years ago, I had some medical expenses...decided to free up some cash & wondered what did I have that had what I called "Density of Value"....  so I sold my two TAD drivers.  Couple years later, I bought not two but three of them back so it worked.

Second to others...  Having dealt with him before (non audio related) he's a straight shooter.  Can't play pool worth crap but that's another conversation!!

Let me chime in here as for the reputation of Joe, I have bought and sold to Joe and everything he sold to me was just as advertised and I would tell anyone to not hesitate to deal with Joe.

Ten anniversary Limited Edition LM-126 Integrated amp,
Massive built like a tank integrated amp with classic look ,I bought this amp new from a authorized dealer in NC ,this model is a limited edition .4 of these amps were shipped via air freight and stack 4 high resulting in the bottom 2 amps having the weight of the other amps to cause the transformers to tilt in this does not effect the sound and once in a rack the amp looks like new.I have bee using it for a 1 1/2 and no hums with my Klipschorns.I welcome any member to come and listen,I have 2 large systems and I plan on downsizing to one system.priced at 2500.00 with pickup in Sevierville,Tn.I will be glad to email pictures to anyone interested,I have more pictures loaded on my ad on the US Audiomart site.Original box, remote control and manual.Below is a little information about the amp transformer design
    1. Study and copy western electric sound, Using a input WE transformer. It is western electric 618 type. As well know, western electric 618 is very famous in world.

    3. Use 5U4 vacuum tube to rectifying. And separation high voltage and low voltage rectifying. So the power supply is very strong and good quality.
    4. Using two choke coils.

  9. I know this has nothing to do with Klipsch speakers, but today I was checking out local yard sales and I bought a Cub Cadet Professional walk behind mower 54" cut with 18.5 motor with only 30 hours on it.It is like new and the only downside is mowing season is almost over and I will have to wait until next spring to start to use it.
