As per the headline Wanting to source a replacement stylus to get an Audio Technica OCC ML 170 cartridge working again I am after an Audio Technica Stylus - model ATN170 Even If it has a broken diamond tip but prefer the canterlever to be intact so a retip can be performed I have my fingers crossed as they are not made anymore but can be rebuilt And if I can impose a small favour - Please ask friends if they have one in the cupboard gathering dust I need one desperately Many Thanks in advance

  5. It’s a different sound to YES as they have a folk signature as the base but tangents off to prog
  6. Now a record from a US folk group with in my view prog rock leanings Released In 1973 and is a very enjoyable record to listen to Artist - McKendree Spring Title - Spring Suite First Pressing - MCA Records ID - MCA-370

  8. That is called a string line level Used it when I built my fence - has two U shaped nibs on it to place it on a string line However as the bottom is flat due to it’s hexagon shape it’s easy to use on a TT to check the level as required

  11. A bit of a rare spin today from a Norwegian progressive rock group   The album in my collection is pressed in Germany but distributed in Australia by Phonogram Artist - Popol Ace Title - Stolen From Time ID - Polidor 2480332 1976  
  12. Time for some JJ Cale me thinks 🎶 This album is from 1979  Listening to it again this album - it has a sound signature similar to Dire Straits Its playing on the Thorens TD147 Artist - J J Cale Title - 5

  14. Never heard of David & David before today And if they came out as I suspect in the 80s, then that would be the reason as marriage , kids and a recession kept me out of the music loop
