  1. I waited too long, they sold. Perhaps it was a forum member that bought them. I honestly don't know if I was ready for khorns myself. My belles are big/great enough for now.

  2. How does one transport khorns? I have a Toyota tundra. I'm assuming they are better of standing up and not laying down. Is this correct? I'm still thinking about it, the wife isn't crazy about this idea.

Can someone offer any info on these? I believe they were made in 1988 and I think they are cherry finish. That's all I know. They are asking $1250 for the pair. They are like 4-5 hours from me.

Check the link for pics and description. $1,000, special pricing/consideration for forum members.

Up for sale is a great pair of Klipsch Legend Series KLF30 speakers in Light Oak finish. One speaker is in great condition, the other speaker has some marks on the grill, and has a scratch on the top of the speaker which fades with furniture cream to be minimally visible. I have a pair of upgraded Bob Crites Titanium tweeters that can be installed. If you prefer the original tweeters, I will take some money off of the price.

I have already separated the panels, scraped the old bad glue off, and used liquid nail to reattach the panels, while waiting 7 days for the liquid nail to cure before putting the speaker components back in and test. The panels are now tight and solid and will most likely stay like that for the rest of the speakers life span.

  5. You need to make sure it is the amp. I would blame the preamp first, due to controls possibly being dirty, and more areas for the signal to get weak.

Simply swap the left right rca's and see if your other channel gets louder.

If I swap left and right interconnects on the amp or the preamp, the weak channel follows. So which is bad....the amp or the preamp? I think I'm confusing myself.

I think you need to be more specific on this. If you swapped the rca cables left/right and the weak channel followed, it's either the cable purr the preamp. If you swapped the speaker cables left/right, then it's the amp or the speaker cables.
