James, (don't want to be a pain) could you sent me the thread i need to look at for these speakers? Can't seem to find them.

Bigdnfay1 & totalcomfort, You also recommend other designs. Are these better than the klipschorn? I like deep/fast bass. Deeper the better lol. must be corner placed. Building the klipschorn will not be a problem. My sisters husband is a carpenter....He is going to build the bass bins for me.

Hi james, thanks for the suggestions. I will look into the adjustable top hats. Khorns got approvel because of the corner placement. "takes up less space". Any thoughts on crossovers? ( with the parts i use) If Nico wanted to sell me a pair of klipschorn bass bins with drivers..........

Started a new thread. Plans changed. First plan was to build a pair of 2 way cornscala's. (And some other plans passed, sorry for the posts) In search of parts i got a great deal on a pair of horns. The guy who sold me a pair of B&C de750tn drivers had a pair of Volti fc260 horns. I got a very good deal so i could not pass on them. So now a 3-way was the way to go. B&C de750tn for mids , Beyma cp25 for tweeters. Crites cast are on the christmas list. My wife was the one who said she liked the klipschorns more. (Never argue with that. [emoji2]) So she/we agreed in changing. About the beyma's, If i understand correctly reading on the internet the beyma's "like" a gentle slope crossover. (Am i wrong?) So maybe a ap12-350 and ap15-6000 would be the way to go for a setup like this? (These are diy if i am correct? Schematics are on the web.) Or are there other good crossover designs that are more suitable. Also, the de750tn is way more sensitive than the beyma, do is still need a tweeter attenuator? I need something that i can build myself. Living in europe has some disadvantages. Shipping and taxes (and some more taxes and than customs and some more taxes) are taking the fun out of the project. For most parts the shipping alone is more than $100. ( ok, as a plus, the beyma's are very cheap overhere) To be clear, I don't want to offend anybody. I know a lot of members here are shop owners. Everybody needs to make a living and i very much respect that. I simply do not have the money to buy the goods ready made. (for example, very nice crossovers) Some goods are almost double in price because of taxes and shipping. So for me diy is a big thing. And yes, it gives me a very good feeling that i was able to make it myself. Everybody is proud of selfmade things. I have build a lot of speakers and crossovers over the years, so yes i know that i need to respect the given part values. And i know what goes wrong when i change one of them. If a schematic is posted here i assume i can use it for my own. ( not for commercial use ofcourse) So please be gentle with your comments[emoji4]

Guys, I have bought some b&c de750tn's for a 2 way cornscala project. Want to pair it with either the crites cast or kappa 15c woofers. (Depending on price. I live in the netherlands, so shipping can be a lot of money. ) For horns i want to buy some eliptrac's. I need some advice on crossovers. What would be the best to use? I see a lot are using the ap12-500 or 600. Would a es600 be a good option? Br zoef

The cp750ti is "recommended" by some to be used with the Iwata 300 horns. Never heard of them so i did a search, they look very nice... but we are not building for looks ofcourse. .. do you know them? If you do...do they sound any good? Sent with tapatalk from a lazy chair......

The superx uses better autotransformers. (3670) do they sell these? Or do they only come with a complete crossover. Sent with tapatalk from a lazy chair......

I live in the netherlands. .. so if i need drugs to make it sound right it would be less of a problem LOL (don't worry, i don't use any) I am just looking for the best drivers in a 2 way set up. Guys, need your opinions. Would this be a good driver for a 2 way cornscala? It states it goes to 25khz.......impedance is 8ohms... (ok with crossover? ) I am going to use a ap12 crossover and kappa 15c. For the horns i think eliptrac 400 is the best? Here the specs of the selenium: Sent with tapatalk from a lazy chair......

Are there some plans / sketches availeble for a good bass bin? Englisch is not the language i normally speak, so it gets a bit more easy if i can SEE it.
