About Me

What I really need to know is what am I actually supposed to do on this forum now? My single solitary post remains hidden. Will all of my others require such a response? Would it really be any better if we go back to the way it was the first 10 years I was here, back when I was to timid to even create a profile for myself. Another passive observer, like I once was? Should I simply not contribute anything at all to this forum?  I patiently have waited a lengthy period of time to post here again, and I see my content is now "hidden" for the past week. I guess that's better than my previous posts which have been deleted. Maybe my future posts will propagate sometime in the next century, or only after a dozen or so thread pages have buried my content. I've learned so much as a result of my membership here. I still have so much more to contribute. I just need a place for that to happen, but it won't be on facebook, twitter, or tictok, that for sure.

It's a shame that since 2004 when I first became an owner of Klipsch products, that I could eventually create 2000+ posts here, only to be completely shunned for less than .001% of my total content output. The vast majority of my content has been greatly received by an appreciative and captive audience. I've grown to understand that the content I've provided here, has gone on to benefit many 100's of members, and many, many more potential Klipsch customers. The amount of pure fluff I've created as a total % when compared to the majority of content seen in these threads is just miniscule.  I'm sure that the committee has completely missed that about me though, having failed to read back any significant depth into my profile history. Many 100's of my most useful posts were deleted years ago. I've learned to screenshot all of my content on this forum though. I can simply recreate that same content elsewhere now, where it may be better received. My delete button works fabulously well too BTW. I promise to leave a  at every deleted post I leave behind here. Seldom have I ever left a post unedited after I've hit post, for prosperity reasons only. I'm a perfectionist by nature, and never want to be seen as just another sloppy writer.

As you can see 314carpenter is my screen name. That means a great deal to me. I'm very proud of it, and wouldn't change it for anything. It means that I work very had, doing it the old fashioned way, putting my body out there everyday. I produce at a very efficient high level with safety and quality as my guide. I take pride in knowing that what I build is the very city around the community I'm a part of, one piece at a time, putting my own touch it on it as I go, for all the world to see and enjoy well beyond even my own years.  I'm very good at what I do. In fact many are often surprised at what a comfortable living I've made for myself in doing so. That gets lost on most I think. Where I have the best health insurance one can have, and I can actually have more money coming in retirement than while still actively working. All employer contributions BTW, with enough of my own income left over for me to invest as I so choose. I can even see my way out at age 55 if I so choose, to pursue other things in life. I've really always felt a bit snuffed by the old guard here, apparently it's because of my title. I know from my time living down South, being a carpenter didn't come with such a prestige. Old habits die hard, and so do those that keep them. I'm glad I figured that out while I was still young enough to change that. My screen name goes where I go. You will find me to be the same generous and friendly natured person wherever it is you find me hanging out, regardless of where it is you've come from, or are headed to.

Good luck with your friends too. All here whom have become acutely aware of the substantial losses in active membership this forum has seen in just this past year alone. All self imposed I might add, and fortunately by no particular roll or fault of my own.

Chris
