I like Joy Division / New Order as well
However I only have one album and that is the “Blue Monday 12” single “ and that is a pity
I highly recommend that you see the movie 24 Hour Party People
Ohhh! thank you Full Range (I do not know how to highlight in blue + @), I bought so many records from the Factory, but also from 4AD, Beggars Banquet, Rough Trade and Mute, ......
I did not know this movie, I will look at it with pleasure, yeahhhh !!! 👍
I have other Joy Division records that I bought in 1980: 2x Lp Still, 12 "Atmosphere, 12" Transmission, but I do not have Love Will Tear Us On Apart. I have all LP of New Order until 2001 except Republic: I'll have to find it.

I bought a lot of vinyls of independent labels between 1980 and 1989. I did not know that some would become wanted and in addition at the time I did not have a lot of money, so I limited the number of purchases, but I still have several hundred, I would have liked to buy so much more that I liked.
An example: Closer of Joy Division bought in September or October 1980 in Paris: at the time I did not know it was a First Edition only music I liked. This is a first UK pressing of Closer with the "OLD BLUE?" matrix on side A. The vinyl is black, but magically it becomes golden in front of a light, which now indicates to the collectors that it is one of the first manufactured. It's a "A Porky Prime Cut" :

That's how black vinyl becomes in front of a light, it's an image of the net it's not mine because I did not take the picture, but mine does the same thing.

Well the idea of the Super Heresy has appealed to me for some time but it was not until a customer last week revived my interest and coincidently I run across a set of HBR's from 1981 with soldered lug drivers in great shape so I guess I have to do it now. Waiting on parts to get here but doing what I can and that includes putting in a DE10 instead of the DE120 to replace the tweeter. Claude recommended this at the beginning of this thread but I had never though about doing it so I try it today. I will never recommend the DE120 for Heresy's again and it was a bit surprising how nice the DE10 sounded even on the smaller lens and the nice bonus with these is cheaper price.
Hi guys Dave and Claude and others,
In pilot B & C do you think to try this new reference which looks much to the new tweeter of the AK6: the DE7.

There are also some references for example at Celestion which seems happy too:

What is your opinion ?

I bought this red vinyl not long ago at a famous Spanish seller in Barcelona known for Jazz all over Europe : the name of this shop "JAZZ MESSENGERS" 😋 but I have the CD for a very long time. And then here in France Moanin' is very well known because it was the title of a Jazz program on Europe1 radio 😀

You are right and wrong at the same time, about the Vostok watches. The factory still exists today in Christopol, the brand was created in 1941 to supply the Russian army. Then in 1965 new official supplier of the Red Army with the famous Komandirskie. The automatic models have a Russian Vostok movement with 32 jewels. The Amphibian and mine are models not very well built and chip, but paradoxically ingenious and very powerful: 20atm almost as good as a Submariner, not bad for a model with plastic porthole and which cost only 60 or $ 75. The 2416 automatic movement is running for 10 years without a watch revision, some Amphibian have been on since the 60's. Vostok was Yuri Gagarin's watch, I think it's the first in space. Vostok supplied the US Army during the Gulf War with Desert Shield models. In short cheap watches, sometimes capricious, with very light bracelets and yet when they work they are indestructible and very enduring.

Let them break smoothly, it takes a few hours of music for K33E release and then it will be only happiness.
Your Cornwall will be much better in a few weeks. If you are in a hurry, you can loop the radio or CD for long hours 😎

Since @mustang_flht is French and his English is approximate, I interpreted the question as: Are there any DIY mods or tweaks to Klipsch speakers that @Chief bonehead likes. Not as: Does Roy like the changes Roy made.
Yesss 😁 I thank @capo72 (Argggg !!! I can not highlight in blue) for his help, and yes my English is approximate:
Are there any DIY mods or tweaks to Klipsch speakers that @Chief bonehead likes.
that's what I wanted to write 👍

A bit off topic, but I have a question for @Chief bonehead; are there any Klipsch changes you like? (He may not be able to answer me, or with a mysterious sentence of which he has the secret 😆)
It must be nice to be the Chief of speakers who have fans around the world (I'm in France) and tweak them, a bit like a Mustang or a Harley, lucky! 😎

I also like the progressive rock of the Canterbury family, do you know? It is also an important musical style that has no commercial success. The musicians are very talented, but none knew the star system. The only guitarist in the successful Canterbury family is Andy Summers, when he left the family to rock: The Police.
Here is my favorite band of this movement, I have LP vinyl for 40 years:

hi JohnJ,
Yes the Teac is a beautiful turntable, but you have to like marble.
The Krautrock is not a popular musical style with much success, but it has had a huge importance on upcoming music: ambient, post-rock, new age, ... After bothering to listen to these tracks hard, it's not easy music, you'll certainly appreciate this music so beautiful.
Please: now that I have put you on the road discover this music by yourself: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Krautrock
Hi Dave1290 : Thank for this song : Yeahhhhh ! is very good and great.
