I would love to see a link(s) on the Fox News web site that shows where they posted these two (and others if exist).
Any other source of these pics casts doubt to there authenticity that Fox News createdposted them.
I would not pay that kind of money either, I got my klf-c7 for $280 shipped a bit over three years ago.
I finally pulled the trigger and ordered a Crites Ti diaphragm for it to match the klf-30 mains.
There are a few very faint whitening spots (water?) at the bottom area from maybe moping a floor at some time in there past. I was able to soak my JBL es80s & es90s but the all had plastic frames and worked quite well.
Priced a bit high but they are getting harder to find these days. I have read this is a suitable substitute for and Academy.

After seeing the post on cleaning cane grills I thought I would want to do the same with my forte IIs. The question here is can the grill frame material handle being soaked in water? They look like some kind of wood or paper material and not plastic. Same thing on the klf-30s. What other methods have you used if this method can not be used?
I see a re-cap of xovers in your near future. This can make a night & day difference. IMO the Ti tweets should be reserved for after you had a good listen to the re-freshened xovers.
