  1. Warren has turned into one of my faves the last couple of years, Allmans - since I was about 14! . Only got the digital now I'll share another over there.
  2. The DJs at work tonight!
  3. Sounds like jazzed up Charlie Brown music @Dave1291 *phone knew it as "Cancun" by topher & alex
  4. The models look good I particularly like the exhaust stains on the engines. Now where's the Millennium Falcon and the death star? * that video is great!
  5. That a pretty good collection, is it ebay booty or to hand down?

    The Other Discs

I hear you, but it was `01. First heard him on tv at one of Clapton festivals with Bill Murray introducing the bands. Now another new one in one of the five $3 discs I had put this up on the youtube thread about a month ago. He does a Dylan cover followed by one of JIMIs in here not to shabby.

I've got Doyle on for my late lunch.
  8. That I can comprehend easily. Because I have read that you have to have a large room for the Cornwalls. Or serious bass-traps. Since then I've decided that if MWM stacks or Khorns will fit through the door I'd be happy to have them, so I'm in the bigger is better camp obviously! Cory knows his stuff and he is always busy. If you ask him about this I'm sure he would offer an astute opinion when he gets back with you. You recognize that you have to look into it yourself though, that's good. Good Luck with it!
  9. & the prices are up in the last couple of years too. From a different view, have you been able to listen to those different models anywhere? Haven't heard any of the IVs yet. Because it is more than just specifications and construction, it's the timbre (use that word a lot) the sound pressure & the soundstage too. There are threads here where folks modify the cabinets as they will. I lost the sound pressure of my old Heresy IIs that I loved for the improved bass & soundstage of the Forte IIIs. Then I went and auditioned some flawless 1990 La Scalas a year later, that was a mistake I loved them. I'm saying it could also be what you would get out of them. Impressed upon me was the higher the sensitivity the lower you could go with the volume and still retain the feel of the sound from the speakers.
  10. Yea I'm not mean to start out with, but have some Irish in me once it gets going. It was a five minute major downgraded. Know the impact doesn't look like much but he was bleeding from his face after the punch. DDM just slashed the rookie, and got it right back both got 2min. Rangers play us well, we should get them in round 2. Post game with Coach Rod Brind’Amour. On if he thinks Boston was deliberately trying to target the goalies: Well, what do you think? It can’t get any more obvious.
  11. I like the version of "Love the One You're You're With" on that Smokin' OPs with the gal sounding like she's Detroit all the way singing.
  12. Yessirre! The Best!
  13. I looked in Miami I looked in Negril The closest I came was a month old bill I checked the Bahamas and they said she was gone Can't understand why she did me so wrong
  14. Great LP @Mossy bottom Seger was huge where I'm from back then!
  15. Not a bad idea at all, I've got Level Five incoming from Japan now! If I'm not careful I'll have their catalog on vinyl repeated on cd
  16. Geeze d*#= dirty marchand tried to take our #3 rookie goalie out. Boston you are embarrassing Mr Chara whom I respect! Never been premature before, given the track record of both teams this year and the last few of the season? I know I'm right.
  17. Oh Boy! We'll have to wait until one of the guys here gets a hold of one that they already own on vinyl. I'd believe one of us before T-Bone Burnett trying to make some more money! He says: "Analog sound has more depth, more harmonic complexity, more resonance, better imaging. Analog has more feel, more character, and more touch. Digital sound is frozen. Analog sound is alive."
  18. listening to game two of the quarterfinals and Pastrnak on a team that hasn't beat us at all this whole season took out our #2 goalie. bad pastrnak, you'll see what happens when the `Canes put a rookie goalie in during the Stanley Cup. Remember #30 in 2006? Could be a repeat Here's some rink-rock for ya bruins * 3 - 0 now after the start of the 2nd. Fate can bite, can't it?
  19. I've also heard that my whole life George, got a lot done early on but not much since mid-afternoon .
  20. With the state of things today whoever can give the best deal will get my $ if I need something. Now a days that has to include shipping. Including whether or not it might go through that state in the NE where that ten day black hole exists for one entity! It got me twice since the sci-fi existence or not great reset or whatever you call it started late `19. Twice in the last week or so getting up at 5am to go to the city, woke up at quarter till after sleeping heavily last night. Vacuumed and moped floors already, rainy out, dehumid set at 55 running about once an hour, second coffee at 8am.
  21. The heels of my bare feet got a massage sitting on the sub just now playing "Autobahn"! I see Gilmore popping up a lot recently, this was the only one I had of him solo for a long time. A good promo. *Out of the Blue is poignant hearing it this time.
  22. It's way more cool in here than it has been, had to bump it up to 79

Havin a good one... this guy has (had... insert cancelled tearful smiley) music that is always uplifting or makes me laugh.. rarely feels mellow.
  24. Great day! Not that I've wanted to use it much, but found out the ac went out with the early Dec power surge a while back. A few nights were not good, won't leave windows open with 98% humidity. Set the machine to 60 and it will run twice an hour after the initial de-humidify. Let the cooler air in everyday when darksky verified it was lower that about 70%, turned off the dry the wet air machine then. It's set at 78 (that's l o o o w w for me) and cooling down the whole place right now So it wasn't the surge, it was the manufacturer attaching electrical wires to the coolant line, which rubbed over the decade or so and had shorted just for me!
  25. True, they decimated many towns across the USA when they put stores that had been there forever out of business. I recall saying in my HS years that I'd never live further than walking distance from a K-mart. That's my generation. Not being able to go and "fetch" necessary things, I used amazon fresh last year with limited success: fresh veggies - NO, Red Hots by Dietz & Watson - heck yeah! Xochitl or Late July tortilla chips - nope... crumbled from one but from wally.com packaged nicely and sent by reputable shipper = way less for the bottom of the chili or queso bowl more for the cookie sheet of nachos!
