If I recall correctly from what I read: USA has/had enough anthrax and smallpox vaccine stockpiled for every citizen as part of pandemic plan. These two were the only stockpiled vaccines listed.

"Compared to the small amount of money spent on recommended supplies for a pandemic, billions of dollars had been spent by the Strategic National Stockpile to create and store a vaccine for anthrax, and enough smallpox inoculations for the entire country.[81]"

There was one.  You don't have to be an intellectual to know about it.  It was summarily dismissed.  There was a plan.  The plan predated the prediction.

    Thanks:

The US government updated its pandemic plan[42] and public guidelines[43] [44] in April 2017. In January 2017 it had updated its estimate of resource gaps[45] [46] and a list of issues for the US government to consider (called a playbook).[47] The plan and guidelines were public. The estimate of resources and list of issues were not public, though they were not classified and reporters have obtained them and made them public.[45][47]

The military's estimate of resource gaps in January 2017 noted "Deficiencies and vulnerabilities... lack of infrastructure, and PPE... and limited laboratory confirmatory testing... Medical systems may be overwhelmed by a dramatic increase in patient numbers. Staff availability may also be limited as medical personnel become infected."[46] In the final year of the administration of George W. Bush, the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (a division of the Department of Health and Human Services) "estimated that an additional 70,000 machines [ventilators] would be required in a moderate influenza pandemic."[48]

The list of issues, or playbook, covered normal conditions as well as pandemic conditions. During normal conditions, there was no discussion of estimating and building up stockpiles for use in emergencies.[47] In the United States; the Strategic National Stockpile's stock of masks used against the 2009 flu pandemic was not replenished by the Obama administration or by the Trump administration.[2]

Texas is in the 3rd year of 5 year pertussis cycle, and cases are climbing. The last peak year, 2017 saw about 4,000 cases the most since 1959.

The vaccine for pertussis wears off and a booster is recommended every 10 years which you can get with your tetanus booster in the TDaP vaccination.

Sifting through the info from various outlets, doctors, experts,........... is mind boggling. Double-speak from media and conflicting expert opinion. Who's most suspectable? Do masks work? If so, what type of masks work and how often does mast need to be changed to prevent bacterial growth in mask? Should my pregnant wife and 8 year old child receive vaccine? Should I loose weight and be in better health? Have covid cases been inflated due to testing process? Have covid deaths been inflated?  Does Vitamin D aid in building ummune system? Is the vaccine experimental or not?  On and on............. I don't know.

Then Marks said that the number for FDA employees was “probably in the same range,” although he couldn’t “tell an exact number.” excert from article below:

  6. Can't find K-61 specs and since I'm an absolute layman on subject

Will assume K-61 apparently won't reach 100HZ, or perform well at lower frequencies due to size, db drop off or whatever.

If "the midrange is where we live", the woofer is ample in this region and midrange is not pure K-61 tractrix; at least now I'm aware.

If woofer(s) is added to "my proposed center K-79/K-61 center', have to match woofer to box/horns and alter crossover to woofer. More work than I intended and crash-course required to move forward.

  7. Excellent insight and thank you for replying. I need to find mid cut off on Chorus II crossover and capabilities of the K-61. This project may not be viable and it's already not quick and easy.

According to Vocular’s database, Barry White has the deepest voice, with a median pitch of 71 Hz and Emma Watson maybe has the highest at 220 Hz.

Fundamentals and Harmonics of Human Voice Frequency Range
A Female voice frequency range covers
    fairly

up to 350 Hz to 17KHz.

Its fundamental frequency is 350Hz to 3KHz and Harmonics is 3KHz to 17KHz.

Male voice covers a Frequency range of 100Hz to 8KHz.
The fundamental is 100Hz to 900Hz and Harmonics is 900Hz to 8KHz.

  8. System: Chorus II's for left & right channels with Fisher x-1000 (built in center out) in a large room. Don't want a full-size speaker as center (Quartet, Forte II, Chorus II) for several reasons and Academy's are too expensive.  Any drawbacks (besides lack of bass)  to center channel housing only K-79 tweeter, K-61 mid, using Chorus II crossover and not attaching (removing) woofer leads from crossover? Is there need to add resistance between unused crossover woofer leads so speaker impedance is the same as left and right channels? I have additional horns and Chorus II crossover.

    Thank you,

    PL
