  1. I got a great deal on this sub but it lacks the phase and x over controls. I have a Yamaha A-S701 Integrated amplifier and was wondering if I need the X-30? I have the sub line in and sounds decent. Thanks for any help and If you have one for sale let me know! Tom

  4. Hey all, So now my KLf 20s are all done I need a sub that can pair with them. Should I go with a powerful 12' or 15". Want to make sure the 12' s enough to keep up with the 20s whiach are LOUD! Thanks Tom

  8. I purchased a pair if the KLF 20s and are getting rebuilt by Bob Crites now. The back tag states black color but are a light wood color. Looks like someone maybe put wood veneer over them. There is some bubbling and would like to know the best and most cost effective way to refinish them. Thank you, Tom
  9. Wow thank you for the advice. I am not a handy person at all! I am looing into getting them professionally refinished. The wood veneer is bubbling and looks like crap.
  10. Yes sir I did buy the 701! Mt KLF 20s are in pieces and tweeters and crossovers are being shipped to Bob Crites. I did have a question for you Bill, Looks like the previous owner applied a wood veneer the speakers as the tag states black color. How can these be refinished? Looks like it may just peel off and is bubbling on the sides. Thanks Tom
  11. I ended up buying the Yamaha A-s701 for the optical, sub out and the banana plug adapters so no longer need this piece
  12. Thanks Bill, I decided to sell it for $250 including shipping so I’m ending up with about $200 after shipping, I think it’s a good deal.
