  1. well i found out about them was in the market for peecee speakers... the first time i heard REAL klipsch speakers was at my wealth comp geek friends house watching matrix...

2.0 herseys, he didnt relize how nice they were *chuckle*

only thang was he has very sensitive ears... soooooo... i slowly raised the volume lvl as the movie progressed without telling him. by the end of the movie *around the bullet dodge scene* it was well over theater level. Smile.gif

  3. i have heard both... just not side by side.

i watched the matrix at my friends house on his 2.0 hersey system, suprassing theater level by a noticable margin...

it was orgasmic to say the least...

and i heard the SF-2s, and defintly liked thier sound...

personally i'm leaning towards hersey but i've heard some complaints of them sounding "boxy"... any insight?

  6. since i can get these two speakers for very close to the same price i was wondering which would be better.

    i'm about 60% music 40% Home Theater.

i like both the speakers... but i'd really rather avoid a sub for now because of the extra price they throw on. and the SF-2s go significantly deeper.

so if someone whos heard them both discribe thier sound qualities and give me their opinions i'd appreciate it.

I picked up a Kingston PC133 256 MB for my computer last week. I paid all of $15 for it. That would have been a solid $100 a year ago, even online (for decent stuff).

When I was building my computer a few years ago, I did it the WEEK DDR memory came out. The motherborad was the same price as the SDRAM MB, but a 256 MB DDR module was $350 on Pricewatch!!! Even a 128 MB stick was $250!!! Needless to say, I am running SDRAM! Well, 768 MB (256 X 3) of it
