  1. I’m currently running dual pb-4000’s with my Cornwall 4’s. I’d ideally like to sell them and get dual SB-3000’s tho or maybe another brand. I’m looking for a small sub to match my the fives for outdoor listening mostly. It’s totally not needed but I thought it would be fun. Thanks for getting back.
  2. The rp-600m II for instance
  3. Hi guys just curious what your thoughts are. With Klipsch releasing the 2.0 line of speakers recently do you think some upgraded subs are on the way?
  4. Hey guys how do you like my Saturday morning project for the fives? I needed some outdoor stands and didn’t really like my options so I figured I’d try and build some. It took around 12’ of red cedar 2x4 and a little bit of stain for a pair of these. Around 35 bucks up here in Canada. Also they are glued and screwed and Sanded smooth. I just copied a pair of steel Stands I have for inside and it seems to works fine. im happy how they turned out
  5. I’m near Toronto also. I was just about to start looking around for someone to veneer a gr research diy build. Did they tell you why they wouldn’t do work on speakers? If I find anywhere I’ll chime back in. If not I’ll be doing it myself also and then they are true diy
  6. Thanks for your input. Update: I ended up going with the three 2 in black. All I can say is wow! This little unit sounds great. I wish it had some bass control for really bass heavy songs but other than that it’s fantastic. I would still like to grab the fives one day though and see how they are also. im really loving the look of the new heritage series. I included a size/match comparison with one of my Cornwall 4’s
  7. I’m looking to set up some music outside on the patio. Would a single the fives sound comparable to the threes 2? I like the option of pulling the second speaker out when the time is right but plan on using it as a single speaker for most part. They weight about the same. I don’t think the single 5 will be as loud? But I’m thinking it will sound better? Thanks in advance
  8. Do you keep the angle when you raise it that much or have it project straight?
  9. Thanks for the welcome. Bass wasn’t the problem as I have dual SVS pb4000’s with my system. It just seemed like the soundstage was low and small. I will have to play around with them a little more and get them up on some stands. does anyone have any height recommendations?
  10. My apologies I posted in the wrong group. I read the header and figured it was for personal systems. I
  11. I’ll hAve to get them Up on some stands and see if it makes a difference
  12. I’m up in Toronto canada to be honest I purchased a pair of heresy 4 while I figured out what I was going to do for amplification and figured I could test them with my Hegel h590. I wasn’t too impressed. I’m not sure if I’m being too critical in comparing to Cornwall or maybe they need less power? That’s why I was thinking the h190. also, have you tried your heresy on stands? I feel like the sound is a little low? I’m not sure what it is. Just didn’t give me a wow moment thanks
  13. Hi guys I’m new here and really enjoying this forum. I’m a new Cornwall 4 owner and I’ve paired it with my Hegel h590. I’m more than impressed and they sound amazing together. my question is that I’m building a smaller secondary system. I’m torn between these two setups Klipsch Heresy 4 hegel h190 or buchardt integrated amplifier buchardt s400 mk2 I know these systems are kind of on different ends of the spectrum but I’d love to hear what your guys thoughts are.
  14. I’m running a hegel h590 to a pair of Cornwall 4. It sounds great The 590 is super quiet
