dklowery
I am looking for the top 3 subs to consider to match with my Belles for HT use? Any recommendations?
Hifi jim
I'm sure there must be some good Klipsch models but as I have not heard any of the newer models (I'm still using an older LF-10), I'd recommend any of the older and now discontinued REL models such as Storm, Strata, Stadium, Stentor, Studio. Those are the fastest, tightest and most musical sub I've heard with ANY speaker system.

sunburnwilly
Very happy with my Velodyne DD18 . It's used with 5 Belles in a 16 x 22 room . Had it for allmost 3 years now and it is a quality piece , no problems . However I would like to try out a Danley sub . Being that the Belles are fully horn loaded a horn loaded sub seems to make sense . The Danley can be had for around $2.5k making it less expensive than the Velodyne . But it is the size of a small coffin and ugly . Here's a link for the Danley http://www.danleysoundlabs.com/tapped_horn.asp?MODEL=DTS%2020

Natas
From everything I've read the JL Audio subs are very nice. I haven't personally heard them, but they get rave reviews in the magazines.
