I had a non warranty issue with a loose wire on an RSW-15 sub last week. The Tech support people talked me through tearing the monster apart and fixing the problem myself on the phone without having to dismantle the amp and control panel and send them back. How cool is that????? People should consider these aspects before they buy the latest trendy component from some company which may not be there in 3-4 years.

You are worring me now as I have a B&K amp myself running my Lascalas-Please let us know how that turns out.
