captmobley Posted March 19, 2009 Share Posted March 19, 2009 Wellll-I finally stayed in town long enough to hook up my SVS PB/12 Ultra Sub yesterday. I bought it used in Miami a month ago but haven 't been home long enough to hook it up. MERCY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOOOOOOOOO DOGGGGY- this thing. rocks the house. Just as I got it hooked up U571 came on Direct TV and the depth charge scene was enough to make me move to the hills. I don't quite have it dialed in yet, and will probably move it. It takes the place of my KSW15 and it is huge. Musically it is very tight and fast-but this thing can move some air. Upper management has already commented that it is shaking the entire house. wuzzzer Posted March 19, 2009 Share Posted March 19, 2009 Having dual SVS Ultra drivers in my setup as well I can see why you're happy with them. I had a PC-Plus 16-46 for a few years and a few months ago got the Ultras. No comparison. They're perfect for music and movies. The PC-Plus was great at movies but lacked mid-bass in a large way.
