SilverSport Posted March 29, 2009 Share Posted March 29, 2009 If it is like my SL-D2 was...lift open the lid...nothing holding the two tabs in the hinge...you lift the lid just a bit beyond full open and pull towards you (provided you are standing in front of the TurnTable when opening)...the lid should come off...that said, if the tab is broken, it will be difficult (I tried but that was almost 30 years ago) to reapir and have it hold (mine never did)...but you may still be able to get a new lid from Panasonic (Technics)...good luck, Bill Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
