Daddy Dee Posted April 9, 2009 Share Posted April 9, 2009 Good grade 3 conductor mic wire is good stock for interconnects. This allows two strands for signal and one for shield. The per foot cost is pretty reasonable. I can't remember the specifics of how the shield is done, but the shield is connected to one lead on one end only. I believe the shield works best the connected end is connected to the amp. A forum member built some nice interconnects for me put together in this way. For example, the starands do not break when you work with it.
