Lanthai Posted February 22, 2002 Share Posted February 22, 2002 Hey again, im loving the Klipsch Speakers (PM 4.1) but im wondering if I would notice a difference in sound quality if i was to upgrade my Soundblaster Live! Value (OEM Version from Gateway, computer purchased 8/01) to perhaps a higher end card such as the Audigy XGamer or Platinum? Or the Hercules GTXP? I'm not going to be doing any sound production, mainly listening to CD's playing games in 4 speaker mode etc.....but is it going to be something ill actually notice as far as quality and immersion goes? Any feedback helpful, i just want to get a top notch sounding system here.
