Transformers. DIY Tube Amp Kits

Last week I came into possession of 2, QSC OT-300a 70-volt audio transformers.

http://www.qscaudio.com/pdfs/ot300a.pdf

I'd rather use them to make something cool, then sell them, and I remember that tube amps use transformers of some flavor.

I know very little about tube amps, but have had 3 electrical engineering courses in the last 3 years, and know my way around electrical theory in general.

Can I make a tube amp with these things?

Where can I read about tube amps, operation, construction, etc?

Are there any worthwhile "kits"?

I don't need an integrated amp. Just a stereo amp that would end up driving klipsch's or possibly some full-range stuff.

Thanks,

Alex
