smokiturtle
I recently picked up a pair of Kg 4s locally. One of the passive radiators has a cruched dust dome (or whatever you call that rigin in the center). Does this affect the sound? Should I have it replaced? thanks
jason str
The pushed in dustcap is a cosmetic issue only, you may be able to suck it out with a regular vacuum but a shopvac will work better.
smokiturtle
Thank you! The shop vac worked just fine.
jason str
Great news, KG4's are my favorite budget Klipsch model.
smokiturtle
They are my favorites also. Bought my first pair new in the mid 80s for $550 or $600 for the pair and still have them in my system. Picked up my second pair last week for $150. I am a very happy camper.
