RonK
Hello, I recently purchased 2 RF-62 towers and one RC-52 center channel. I am running an Onkyo 709b amp with athena BS1-1 surrounds. I purchased a Polk Audio PSW505 on boxing day but I am not too sure about it. I am thinking about the matching Klipsch SW112B or SW110B instead. Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with one or both of these subs and can give me a good honest opinion. Maybe even other subwoofer suggestions? Thanks a lot for any of your help. elitedemo
not a fan of sw112 at any price....frequency response is not good at 26hz and the rw12d is rated 24hz and often only half that price http://emotiva.com/xref_sub12.shtm or check out svs, ed, epik, hsu, for 500-600 your options are pretty open and most (by most i mean all) will beatup on the psw505 or sw112 edit ---- and welcome to the forum
Utard
Go for the RW-12d from newegg. Wait til it goes on sale for $350 with free shipping.
SuBXeRo
klipsch subs are good quality but over priced imo, but they arent internet only so they cant really compete in that area. There are alot more subs with bigger bang for the buck
JasonJCarney
Honestly that Polk is a great sub for the money.

(Most) Klipsch subs at MSRP are overpriced compared to ID, but they go on sale and then are competitive. I say most because the 15-inch SW-115 is priced to compete at $850.
