Guest " " Posted March 16, 2012 Share Posted March 16, 2012 sounds like you have blown tweeters. disconnect them and measure them with an ohm meter and report back. if they measure ok, sometimes disconnecting and reconnecting them resolves the problem....corrossion common. TRUE I had a pair of forte ll that did the same exact thing, the connections did not look dirty or corroded at all bit didn't make the connection. I cleaned them off with a little sand paper and they have been working ever since. It's worth trying, it's free to clean them off and may fix the problem, it did for me.
