kg4guy Posted August 21, 2012 Share Posted August 21, 2012 Getting equipment together for a DJ Gig this weekend on the roof of one of Santa Barbara's swanky hotels "The Canary" I'm using my LSI's that I just did the bass reflex mod to I'm excited to hear these in a larger venue other than my house.Using two Crown Xti 1000 with a Ashly XR1001 and a Ashly MQX2310 EQ with a BBE Sonic Maximizer. For lighting I have a few strobes and two CHAUVET SCORPION STORM FX Pro DJ DMX-512 Red & Green Laser Beam Light Effect these are amazing . Using a Numark Mixdeck and my Ipad should be fun. kg4guy Posted August 27, 2012 Author Share Posted August 27, 2012 Gig went great had the dance floor packed djk's bass reflex worked very well on the LSI's I pushed them pretty hard with a Crown Xti 1000 however used the Ashly's MQX 2310's 18dB high bypass just for added protection.
