leslie
I have the DVD. The dialog is very clear although I don't know about LFE mix because I watched it in the middle of the night so I have to turned off my sub. I am not so impressed of the surround, I can mention some movies that does a lot better. However, the movie is nice and I'll watch it again. Johnboy
All this talk about cool sound and not one mention of Gladiator DTS. The war scene with all the catapults and arrows flying is awsome! Especially when listened too loud!!!! Private Ryan DTS is great as well. Looking for a good Dolby DIgital soundtrack try 13 Ghosts. You'll be looking behind you for weeks to see where those voices are coming from. Excellent track on that one. Just my $.02!
m00n
Finally just got to see it. Very good movie, great sound affects in my opinion. Top 3 must gets cause I don't have 1) Saving Private Ryan 2) Black Hawlk Down 3) Titanic ( I suspect there will be some good sound affects in Titanic, not a lot but some ) ------------------ m00nsCinema to be the m00n system FRONTS: RF-7 CENTER: RC-7 SURROUNDS: RS-7 SUB: RSW-12 RECEIVER: Harman Kardon AVR 520 DVD: Toshiba SD 3205 (DD, DTS) TV: Samsung 27" Flatscreen COMPUTER: ProMedia 4.1 c>Microsoft XBOXc> f>
