synergyfreak
yes they have scrappy, already hooked up and running great love the sound, not near as boomy as my sub-12 was, very clean sounding subs which mesh very well with my rf-7's and rc-62 combo. synergyfreak
one more question scrappy any reason the mcacc is now all of sudden onces run the auto calibration its setting the rf-7's to large and everything else to small, using the THX settings before running calibration which has always worked best for me in the past, not a big deal i guess since still getting great sound from all the speakers all the way around. derrickdj1
MCACC will set the speakers based on their LF extension. After running full mcacc, change the speakers to small and run auto mcacc and you will be fine. It you don't want to run the system as THX, then just set the sub to THX and that should also give you great results. Only use the BG if the sub is to boomy or lower the sub vol. in the avr. It take a while to learn these avr's and all the tweak and setup options.[]. Please don't ask about tweaking the standing wave settings, lol. synergyfreak
ok thanks when it comes to eq frequencies and standing waves would hope the mcacc does a good job, that kind of tweaking is out of my league; will try to run auto mcacc like you suggested just thought it was odd that it only adjusted the front mains to large.
