Jeff Matthews Posted April 20, 2013 Share Posted April 20, 2013 Belated Happy Birthday, Bob. Back in December, I switched to vaping (e-cigarette). I was a 30-year smoker up until that point. Haven't even had a puff since I switched. Maybe it would be something you'd like, too. It definitely feels better, both physically and mentally, to be off the cigarettes.
