Things are getting close to being affordable and meet the tolerances you need for a horn. For professional use, I've already seen printed metal, and production quality finishes for plastics. The temperature performance isn't there yet, but these things are more for fast prototyping. Mark is correct that mass production methods are way cheaper and faster.
