2 channel guy Posted July 27, 2013 Share Posted July 27, 2013 hello out there. is there any chance somebody out there has one of the threaded foot inserts for a KLF-20? I would imagine the feet are the same on the 10's and 30's also. I have the spikes that thread into the foot after the rubber cap is removed but one of the feet is somehow missing. moray james Posted July 27, 2013 Share Posted July 27, 2013 why don't you make life simple an stop trying to do the impossible. run three spikes one each at the front left and right corners of the cabinet and one in the centre rear of the cabinet. always 100% stabe while four is almost never stable and will always become unstable sooner or later. you have all the parts that you need. I have something holding the fourth corner stable at the momen, so I can wait a bit and hope that somebody has a KLF-20 or 30 that is only good for parts or somebody knows where Klipsch might have gotten them from. Ajcrash Posted September 8, 2013 Share Posted September 8, 2013 I had the same problem. I wound up going to the drug store and getting 1 or 2 rubber cane tips and drilling them out. Wrorks great and you can hardly tell the difference. Just put the cane tip on one of the rear corners, you will likely be the only one that ever knows.
