The network is attached to the rear of the terminal cup. You will need a torx bit #20 to remove it. Once you get it into your hand, the capacitor and resistor values are clearly marked on the parts. The part values, including those for the coils, are also imprinted on the PCB. Replace the oval, epoxy coated capacitors with high quality polypropylenes of your choice, and the resistors with Mills non-inductives. Due to the close proximity of the coils to one another, there is a considerable amount of mutual inductance. Klipsch accounts for this in their designs. Therefore, I suggest you leave the coils alone.

You could actually leave that part alone. Ironically, the quality of the capacitor in the low pass section is considerably better than the two capacitors in series with the horn. I don't replace that capacitor when I do the RF-7s, all of my work is contained to the high pass section.
