asudhir
I looked on the specs page for the KSW-10 sub and under outputs it is blank. Does that mean you can't hook up speakers to it for output? *zen
Quenten
Yes, has its own speaker. You can hook it up to your recievers speaker cables to get the lfe information or use the sub out on your receiever. If you do use a sub cable it is recommended to use a y-connector. You'll get about 8db increase in output!

asudhir
boa12, I was talking about the speaker level. I was wondering whether the sub has an amplifier built in for speakers to hook up to. *zen
boa12
ash, do you have the ksw-10? subs that have speaker level outputs don't use their amp to power other speakers. your receiver's amp does that. the sub's amp only power the signal to it's own driver. whether a ksw-10 has (pass through) speaker level outputs or not, i no know. all those do, if it has them, is utilize the sub's crossover control, not the sub's amp. JJT
Took a look at the KSW10 manual it has line level inputs and speaker level inputs. However, it DOES NOT have speaker level outputs (pass through). The KSW12 and KSW15 do have speaker level outputs (pass through). As boa12 stated the subs internal amp only powers the subs driver.
