dks5276
anyone had any run ins with this sub? bic acoustech pl-200 according to reviews its a beast for the money and still impressive against higher dollar subs...
Anotherforumname
I had the less expensive H-100 and thought they were great subs, I actually returned two Klipsch RW-12's and replaced with these because IMO the Bic's simply outdid them for half the price. This is the more powerful version so one can only imagine they should do even better than the ones I had. I don't know if you have a line on one locally but if not I can recommend the H-100 and this as well http://www.amazon.com/Polk-Audio-12-Inch-Powered-Subwoofer/dp/B000092TT0/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1417405376&sr=8-5&keywords=bic+acoustech+pl-200 Edited December 1, 2014 by Anotherforumname
Mystery
It depends upon what speakers are you using it for. Bookshelf? How low do they do they go on their own?
Anotherforumname
Pretty low mine went to 24 these go to 22, the Polk goes to 23.
derrickdj1
Room size is a major consideration with sub matching. Bic subs are pretty good for the price. Anotherforumname, I love the avatar, lol.,
Anotherforumname
Thanks, I like your too. I had two H-100's in a huge 18 x 30 living room with vaulted ceilings, still managed to rattle the room with music and movies. Really good subs for the money and then some. I'd think that the BIC sub would be a weak link in your setup considering your other speakers.
