Ham
i found that the quintet satellites sound NOT as sharp as the pro satellites do. what do you think?
k27-R
strange. compared the my old v2-400, i found that quintets have much more clarity, the mid range was actually there (although, still lacking a little compared to more expensive speakers...but had way more than the promedias), and the highs weren't as harsh as the pro's. Ham
yes..the quintet's midrange is much more better than the pro's do..
Gxcad
Did you use the quintets with the pros sub (substituted the pros sats with quintets?) I kinda wanted to do this...-Gxcadc>

Billie Jean
I was going to buy a pair of Quintets on ebay, but someone on this BB said that I won't get a warranty with them. Does anybody know if this is true or not?
Ham
i dont think you'll need any warranty from klipsch..cox that little piece of kickbutt speakers from ubid just perfect and sound much more solid than the pro's do.
Billie Jean
well, I tend to kill any kind of speakers I have unless I made them. Speakers just aren't made to take my abuse these days. So a warrenty is pretty important.
