jtubbs6117
My fall project is going to be a custom Center channel to match my RF7's. I was looking at Dura Tex this seems to be great option looks and good. Let me know how you have used it what can you tell the ' things not to do''. All input would be greatly appreciated. My hope is to have this project completed by Thanksgiving or the first week of Dec. I will post pictures as the project progresses.
jimjimbo
I believe either Parts Express or Duratex themselves have a YouTube video which gives some very good pointers about using the product. I watched it and was very glad I did. That's the best advice I could give you.
Scrappydue
i used duratex's rollers as i couldn't find anything similar. one 4" roller did all 4 of my sub boxes. i rolled out very thin in all 4 directions on each side. everyone that has been to my house and seen my finish vs their duratex job has liked mine the most. didn't think i did that great until i started seeing other peoples finishes in person then i agreed with them all.
