opusk2k9
I am downsizing and decided that my Fortes are just too big for the room they are in. Well, my wife decided that. They are in excellent condition with a couple of minor aesthetic flaws. They are the black-stained ash cabinets. All the drivers are perfect and they sound exactly as good as you would expect a pair of high end speakers to sound. I have run my McIntosh amp through them and my Fisher 500C, and both sound amazing. One of the grills has a hole in it, and there are some water stains on the tops where previous owners apparently kept their plants. These are very efficient speakers, and I've used them with a four watt little Magnavox tube amp and they still sounded great. Any questions let me know. PRICE LOWERED! Photos will be uploaded as soon as I can find them. http://newyork.craigslist.org/wch/ele/5213549527.html No affiliation.
