VPI scoutmaster

New to me scoutmaster, I need some help with a phono pre ,It has the jmw arm and came with a 100 hr benz micro glider sm 0.8 mv mc . My amp only has mm phono stage , What would you guys think would be a good match on a phono pre amp / my amp is a mcintosh ma 2275 tube amp . Thanks guy`s

Schu , new to phono pre stuff why do I need the both of them . looked them up not too bad on the price a little over 600.00 .

You do not need both, you can go with just the step up and use your Mac's phono stage.

 

I have a Mac C-42 and a step up, sounds really good.

 

I built my own step up, but is very similar to the Parks.

Thanks Dave, I still love your horns in my belles . my buddy is lending me a ps audio gcph . He loves it, so at least I have a starting place .
