XciteMe
For example, do I want to increase the crossover to 100Hz or higher (the rest of my Klipsch speakers are set to 80Hz)? Do I increase the Decibel level of them a few Db higher than the rest? Right now I have them set to 100Hz and I increased the Db +2. I have a 5.1.2 setup if that helps. Am I doing it right? Moderators Youthman Posted August 20, 2016 Moderators Share Posted August 20, 2016 I would recommend getting an SPL meter and level matching all of your speakers.
derrickdj1
Dolby Atmos speakers don't call attention to themselves like the other speakers in the 5.1 setup. The kick in when needed and most movies are not in Atmos format. A XO of 100 Hz if fine. Adding up to 3 db is also fine for the smaller Atmos speakers.
