maxg
I am kinda disappointed. I was expecting a Hobbit at least. Unless he was inside the SVS of course. ------------------ My System: http://aca.gr/pop_maxg.htm
cluless
Orc inside. I gave up on hobbits, all of them were bad - not enough bass.

kenratboy
That was great! About the cat, well our new cat (old one was coyote food), LOVES to sleep in my subwoofer. What can I say... Now, if I knew Flash, I would make my JBL smashing the SVS! ------------------ Receiver: Sony STR-DE675 CD player: Sony CDP-CX300 Turntable: Technics SL-J3 with Audio-Technica TR485U Speakers: JBL HLS-610 Subwoofer: JBL 4648A-8 Sub amp: Parts Express 180 watt Center/surrounds: Teac 3-way bookshelfs Yes, it sucks, but better to come. TheEAR
Ken, "Now, if I knew Flash, I would make my JBL smashing the SVS!" LOL good one, your bass bin would probably get a mortal wound on the cylinder sturdy SVS. Better take no chances and use a Krell MRS in the animation, the Krell built makes the SVS feel like carton tube(it is LOL)and its output will make the SVS carton tube run. kenratboy
Boo hoo, for $220, I am not complaining about my subwoofer. ------------------ Receiver: Sony STR-DE675 CD player: Sony CDP-CX300 Turntable: Technics SL-J3 with Audio-Technica TR485U Speakers: JBL HLS-610 Subwoofer: JBL 4648A-8 Sub amp: Parts Express 180 watt Center/surrounds: Teac 3-way bookshelfs Yes, it sucks, but better to come. TheEAR
Ken, Are you joking at $220 the 4648 bass bin slaughters any sub under $500 with an axe,and puts a severe hurting on almost all subs under 5 grand!Seriously what do you get in general for a mere $200? A Cambridge,a Sony WM40...LOL all puny weak and distorting cans of worms. I would be proud of a JBL 4648 bass bin,it hits like a ton of bricks when driven by a good amp.
