Kain
Well, it depends on what your definition of an "average user" is. But overall, I think this is a nice home theater. If it delivers what you want/need then it's "perfect." ------------------ Coming soon... cluless
You got a great deal for the dollars! It is quite common to use a center for a rear channel, when possible. Upgrade? You have entered the forum of Upgrade-itis Extremus! There's always room for an upgrade, or two, or three. Just kidding, enjoy what you have (at least for a little while). Dafishguy
Hi there sgtlarsen, I owned the AVR-2802 but just recently traded it for the 5802... There's that dambed Upgrade-itis Extremus that Clue was referring to. Anyway the 2802 is a great piece that will serve you very well for lots of years. And any Klipsch speaker will be a great place to start. You surely won't be disappointed. Just remember, many of us here have $10,000 to $30,000 tied up in our theatres and it took us lots of years to get there so just be patient and enjoy your system. You will upgrade just like the rest of us as you can afford it and until you get to your version of Home Theatre Heaven.
