jwgorman
Does anyone know of a woof (because klipsch doesn't have any more apparently) that could replace the woofs in CF-4s?
moray james
I believe that Bob Crites can sell you a proper 12" replacement give Bob a call or drop him an email.

moray james
don't get over excited because I am starting to think that the one I was thinking about is for the KLF30 but so far as I am aware the KLF30 woofer is a ceramic bersion of the CF4 woofer so it might also be a drop in for your speakers. Bob will set you straight.
wvu80
I've never heard of a drop-in replacement for the K-30-KN 12" woofers. I've seen ONE for sale in two years, someone had an extra NIB, but that is it. You might want to search in the Klipsch archives to try to find out who had it, maybe he still has it. The next best thing might be to get all the driver's tech spec and try to match one up, but that would be a major headache to do.

wvu80
The only thing I can think of at this point is contact Klipsch tech support and see if you can get all the technical specs for the woofer, then see if anybody can match it up with anything. After you those specs, I would also expand your search to asking for help from other web sites like AVS.com, get as many people as possible to help track down a suitable substitute. You also might try contact tech support someplace like Parts-express, maybe they have access to some kind of spec sheets the rest of us don't.
