Roadhawg
Sean, if you can find an Industrial Split LaScala, I think that will solve your problem. Set your Toshiba on top of the bass bin and put the top section where you have your current speaker angled up. They're scarce as hens' teeth but I've used them and they sound great. Nice setup! NOZ
Thanks roadhawg, That would be perfect, I know they are very hard to find, perhaps I could chop up a regular Las. If I find one that's in poor condition on the outside. j-malotky
Sean If you decide to look for parts, everything is easy to find on ebay except for K400 horns. You can buy a new K401 from klipsch, but I wanted to match my old Aluminum k400's. BigDnfay, in his khorn building project had extra K400's and every different K55 driver available. He may still have one left from the set he broke for my project. I also gave him the SN of my K55 drivers and he included one closest to my existing SN's The Industrial split LAS is a good idea. They pop up on Ebay from time to time. If you find a set, you should not have any trouble finding somebody to split with you. JM
DillonW
Great suggestions, leave it to Klipsch fans to solve the worlds problems... OK, might be overstating a bit, but this board is the source of many great answers to your HT dilemas!
Roadhawg
Sean, there's just something unsettling about seeing the phrase "chop up" and LaScala in the same sentence. I think I just had heart palpitations!
NOZ
Hawg, I meant if I found one in really rough condition. I know chop up is kind of crude though.
