vtpalmer
Just wonder how many on here have Forte's and Hersey's as the home theater setup? If so what do you like about it and if not what would you change?
Grizzog
I've used both with home theater. I think they're great. The fortes obviously add more punch since they dig deeper even when you have a sub in the mix. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
vtpalmer
Do you run them as large and run LFE as Subs + main? What do you cross your sub at in the receiver?
Grizzog
On my Heresy III, I crossed them over at 80hz and set to small. The forte I crossed over at 60hz small.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
MORE KLIPSCH PLEASE
Just starting fooling with this HT stuff..... I've never really been into HT systems..... But I got some forte's a few years ago and have been using them for the front mains and last year I got a KLF-C7 for the center duty... right now I'm using some Yamaha speakers for the rear, but I do have a set of Hersey's that are not doing anything..... I've been thinking about using them. I've also just upgraded my receiver to a Pioneer Elite SC-95 this July..... was an impulse buy, went to Best Buy for a new DVD player and walked out with the Pioneer It was a big upgrade to what I had... I was just running a 3.1 set-up.... So yes I use Forte's and will be using the Hersey's..... MKP :-)
