lorib
Could someone give me an idea if $1,200 for Klipsch Forte (Blk) Speakers with a Nakamichi System (Cassette Player 1.5, CD Player2, Receiver2) all being in mint condition with one owner is a good deal? Or maybe some Ideas of what would be the best offer to make. I love the system but not sure how much its worth. Thanks
WMcD
This seems a little bit high. It depends on how much the electronics are worth to you. Or whether you'd rather shop around elsewhere and put together a similar system. Black Forte (I, instead of Forte II) are probably worth about $400 to $500. I love my Forte II and some say there is not too much difference between the I and the II. So the rest is the electronics making up the difference in price. Nakamichi is good stuff. Speaking off the cuff, I'd say you should buy the bundle at $1000 and you'll have a very, very nice "turnkey" system with no regrets. CatManFever
Some say there is a big difference in sound between the Forte 1 and the Forte 2.
J M O N
You can't go wrong with either the Forte I or II. Both are excellent speakers. As far as the electronics go, Nakamichi is very good stuff. I think Gil gave you some very good advice on price.
