I see a re-cap of xovers in your near future. This can make a night & day difference. IMO the Ti tweets should be reserved for after you had a good listen to the re-freshened xovers.

INMHO you have the speakers way to far from the wall.  The passive works best 8-12 inches from rear wall.  Recap the crossovers as well.  I think you will have a different impression of the speakers.
