justin_tx_16 Posted November 25, 2002 Author Share Posted November 25, 2002 forget about it.. though i don't think anyone thought about it. the thing sounds like crap. one dead channel, the other has a frequency responce of something like 800-4000hz. Sounds awful, and that is an understatement. It weighs probably 40lbs. Has 4 capacitors that look like Pepsi cans and a fan with a 5" diameter. 2 sets of stereo Phono input and two sets of XLR inputs and XLR outputs and speaker Phono outputs and speaker binding posts. It looks really well made, MASSIVE (4x3x3 inch) power supply for the amp and then a 1x1.5x1 inch power supply for the fan. I got my hopes up... and wow, did they fall! LoL! I paid a gross $100 for the peice, more than most everyone else, but packaging was $22.00 and shipping was $31. He double boxed it and sent it UPS with insurance and all that good stuff. Which did you get? Mine is in "mint" condition. He promises that every things looks and acts as if it were brand new. That is enticing! It should come at the end of this week or early next week. I also used the buy it now price because I got tired of missing out on stuff that was bid out of my range when I could of had it for so much cheaper. Sure I'll be glad to put it up against some of the SET crowd, just like I drag race in my stock ford ranger Seriously though these are suposed to be really nice little amps and rather inexpensive(great for college eh?)
