horn player Posted November 26, 2002 Share Posted November 26, 2002 By sheer accident, I stumbled into a pair of 1974 alnico Khorns for 550, and only had to drive an hour to get them. I had to give up my '84 Khorns last year to make room for a corner fireplace. My wife is quite happy with it and the smaller replacement Dynaco A25's. These Khorns will spend the rest of their days in the corners of my workshop (28' x 62' with 9' high poured concrete walls) Oh, forgot to mention other recent deals - KG4's (oak) with Yamaha natural Sound receiver and Equalizer for 250, Heresy 1 (1985) speakers with Denon PMA-920 amp, B & O tangental Beogram TX2 TT, Pioneer CD, Yamaha cassette, all physician owned and all for 345!
