They are made by Onkyo, and if you compare them to Onkyo, you'll see they look very similar. I don't know how much is different or better. It seems to be comparable to the relationship of Sony to Sony ES. Just kind of an upscale version. Although in the Onkyo/Integra case, Integra is actually a separate company.
